Does CAMAvision® comply with
industry standards?
Yes. CAMAvision® software is 32-bit processing with ODBC
architecture for GIS data exchange and SQL compliancy. It's
Windows 2000/XP/Vista compatible. CAMAvision® is available
in single-user and network versions.
Does CAMAvision® contain functions
for sales ratio analysis?
Sales ratio analysis is a fully integrated function of CAMAvision®.
It conforms to the IAAO Standard on Sales Ratio Studies and
provides group statistical data and eight predefined stratification's
like price range, map areas, style, age, grade condition,
total living area and occupancy type. Also included are three
land analyses like vacant lot, land residual and land ratio.
How do I get CAMAvision® training
for our employees?
You can get additional training for your employees by contacting
the Vanguard computer department. The cost of training employees
is covered by your service contracts. However if you no longer
have a training balance you can purchase additional time for
a Service Plus contract at a reduced rate.

What is a Service Plus Contract?
A Service Plus Contract is a maintenance agreement for additional
services at a reduced rate. These services can include additional
CAMAvision® training, custom reports and queries, web site
development, field listing procedures, sales ratio analysis
and hardware troubleshooting.
