A. It allows us to connect to your computer for support. We use InstantVNC, which utilizes OpenSSL's 128-bit AES encryption for the end-to-end data connections.

Q. What makes this better than other remote connection programs?
A. Several reasons. 1. We open the firewall ports on OUR end. 2. It doesn't install, or modify the Windows registry. 3. It doesn't allow unattended connections.
